Trump Forced To Cancel Arizona Event Because…

Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough was recently stunned after a report on former President Donald Trump on Tuesday via Mediaite.

It has been noted that Jonathan Lemire was reporting on the financial situations of the campaigns for Trump and President Joe Biden, he reported that Trump’s campaign nixed an Arizona event recently, preferring to spend the resources elsewhere amid Trump’s legal woes and a $175 million bond stemming from his New York fraud case.

“They had to cancel it because they didn’t have the money to pay for it, and that is a real concern for Trump world, that President Biden and his team have a massive, massive cash advantage, and the president has a major fundraising —” Lemire reported before Scarborough jumped in.

“Hold on, hold on, Jonathan,” he said.

“Yes?”

“Jonathan, did you just say you have reporting that Donald Trump had to cancel an event, the only event that he’s had — would have had on his own in a long time. He had to pull it down because he didn’t have the the money to run the event?” Scarborough asked.

Lemire reported that the event was not publicized or officially on the books yet. According to a CNN report, citing multiple sources close to the campaign, an Arizona event was scrubbed in favor of an Ohio event.

“It was an event that was not publicized yet. It had not been officially announced but they were planning an Arizona event they had to pull down because they couldn’t afford it,” he said. “They didn’t want to use their resources there. It was not that it had been advertised yet, but, still, this was something they wanted to do and they couldn’t. They didn’t because they decided to use resources elsewhere.”

“Wow…have you ever heard of a political campaign that didn’t have the money to run political rallies?” a shocked Scarborough asked.

Lemire went on to argue that it’s become “very clear” Democrats will have a fundraising advantage going into the presidential race, and they’re expecting a big bump in the coming days with a New York rally planned between Biden, Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton.
