Vince McMahon To Be Replaced By Family Member?

Stephanie McMahon, a long-time figure in WWE, has been a source of inspiration for fans and wrestlers alike for several years. She rose to prominence during the Attitude Era, thanks to her storylines, and went on to hold various backstage roles in WWE. However, she resigned from her duties as co-CEO in January, which came as a surprise to many.

Her departure, coupled with Vince McMahon’s return to WWE as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, shocked the pro wrestling world. Some fans even speculated that Stephanie’s exit may have had something to do with the potential sale of the company to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but those rumors were unfounded.

Currently, WWE is in the process of being sold, and it appears that some of the potential buyers are interested in bringing Stephanie back. According to Sean Ross Sapp, who writes for Fightful, sources related to rumored buyers have indicated that Stephanie is a desired return.

One source at Disney stated that the companies interested in buying WWE are doing their due diligence and following the news cycles, regardless of their public levels of interest. They are aware of the things that would make audiences and staff happy, and Stephanie’s positive contributions to the company have not gone unnoticed. The source also highlighted the company’s progression under Nick Khan, who has been instrumental in WWE’s growth in recent years.
