Ronda Rousey is the reigning WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. She is in her second run with WWE and she recently made some bold revelations regarding the backstage antics in the company.
Ronda Rousey opens up on her experience in WWE locker room
Rousey recently noted the difference of sights in a pro wrestling locker, specifically speaking about WWE. She went on to reveal her experience while appearing on “The Kurt Angle Show,” Rousey was asked about adapting to the WWE women’s locker room.
Rousey recalled talking with Paul Heyman one time where she told him that whenever she would leave the locker room then drama would happen whether that was one of the girls being unfair or anything. Rousey noted she would ask what was going on when drama would happen.
“Heyman was telling me if there was like a pitbull in the room and you don’t know about this dog, you know? You don’t know this dog and it could probably kill you, you’re not going to do anything crazy while the pit bull is in the room. You’re going to wait until the pitbull leaves the room and then you get crazy.”
She added, “so as far as I know, it’s just sunshine and lollipops in the locker room. It’s a bunch of cupcakes and handjobs. Everyone’s having a great time.”

Rousey is set to defend her SmackDown Women’s Title at WWE Money in the Bank against Natalya on July 2nd. Previously, WWE announced it would be moving Money in the Bank in Las Vegas, Nevada from the 65,000-seat Allegiant Stadium to the 17,000-seat MGM Grand Garden Arena. It has been reported that the change was made due to the low ticket sale.
