Woman Arrested For Confronting Trump In Court

The former president of the United States, Donald Trump appeared at the Manhattan courthouse to testify in his civil fraud trial. The day was eventful as a lady walked towards Trump and yelled that she wanted to help him, and she got in trouble and was removed.

While “None of the parties were ever in any danger,” according to spokesperson Lucian Chalfen, things went off hand as Trump did something that was unusual during his time in court.

The judge had to ask Trump to lower his voice as he spoke aloud to his lawyers during the testimony against him. Kevin Wallace from New York Attorney General’s office told the judge Arthur Engoron that the pressure could be heard on the other side of the courtroom. Wallace requested the Judge that the defense should stop interrupting during the witnesses testimony.

According to Axios, Trump was supposed to go face-to-face with his former lawyer, Michael Cohen. Cohen cited “pre-existing medical condition” as the reason behind postponing his testimony. Cohen plans to testify at the earliest to speak on the matter.

New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a $250 million lawsuit against Trump and his family. Trump has taken out his frustrations on James in the past, and it would be interesting to see on how this situation pans out in the near future. Wednesday was eventful for those following the Trump case, and it would be amazing to see how things turn out on Thursday.
