WWE ‘Ban’ Diva From Peacock For Bad Reason

Samoa Joe was among the several WWE Superstars who were let go by the company back in April, kickstarting a slew of releases from the company. Among the Superstars released included Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Chelsea Green, Mojo Rawley and others. Many fans were simply shocked at WWE releasing Samoa Joe, who had become a staple as part of the WWE commentary team for over a year now.

WWE Superstars have the privilege to watch the WWE Network for free on Peacock with a code that is given to them by the company. However, that privilege is taken away from them as soon as they leave the company.

Former WWE Superstar Matt Cardona recently spoke to Mark Sterling on MC! True Long Island Story, where he revealed that WWE cancelled his wife Chelsea Green’s Peacock subscription the same day Chelsea Green was released.

“I mean, WWE did give out the WWE Network code, and for so long, even after I got fired, it still worked and then they cut me off finally. But like, ‘Oh, jokes on you. Chelsea’s still there’ and then they get rid of the Network, they do Peacock and the day she gets fired, Peacock’s gone.“
