Peyton Royce has posted new beach photos, showing off her baby bump. Royce and husband Shawn Spears are expecting a baby. WWE superstars go elsewhere to become a name in the wrestling business. They cash in on the fame that they get with the wrestling juggernaut. It helps fuel their career and with the way things go, they are able to get a better cash profit with every deal.
Former WWE superstar and now AEW superstar, Shawn Spears has been out of action since May and returned on the October 12th episode of AEW Dynamite. He wrestled on the October 14th episode of AEW Rampage. During a conversation with Renee Paquette on The Sessions, he discussed how things have been for him since May.
Shawn spoke that he wanted to be an Intercontinental Champion. He also believes that he is in the best shape of his life right now. It’s astonishing to see him work in such good shape as he calls it the best shape of his life. He wants his son to know that his father was a champion.
I’m winding down, I don’t have a lot of time left. That’s probably the reason I put pressure on myself now. Both. Body-wise, I’m in really good shape, the best shape of my life. I mean in a sense where, I’ve never been main event, top of the card, champion schedule. Jon (Moxley) is all over the place, that’s a champion schedule.
It’s staying until the end of the night, you’re last, you’re going out there 30 minutes, every night, busting your ass, jump in the car and driving to where you’re gonna go. I never had to do the champion schedule. My body, after almost 21 years, really good condition based on what I have done.
There are very few things I would like to do left in wrestling. I’ve been pushing to try and check off a few of those boxes before my time is done. It’s been difficult and been a challenge, but not more challenging than anything else I’ve been through in 20-plus years. That’s where I put the pressure on myself.
My goal is to be decorated, to win a championship in a major company. AEW or elsewhere. That is my goal. So I can have that time and that prize to show my son in the future. Being completely honest, I’ve always seen myself as Intercontinental Champion.
Shawn has been always called a Perfect Ten. Even in WWE, everything around the word ten revolved around him. It’s the same way they were doing about Truth now where every time anyone says Truth, R-Truth would show up. It was good until it lasted because Truth hurt himself.
He agreed that he has put pressure on himself so that after 20-plus years in the business he can do what he always wanted to do. He wants to be a champion in AEW or any other company, but his goal is to hold a title before he hangs up the boots.
