WWE Major Raw Show ‘Cancelation’ Revealed

WWE resumed the road tour with Friday Night SmackDown in Houston, Texas at the Toyota Center. The company has already announced several dates and locations for future shows including Raw, SmackDown, PPV, and live events for the next few months.

On Friday it was announced that WWE canceled a SmackDown TV event in Atlanta.

Now, the WWE SuperShow, which is a combined Raw and SmackDown house show, has been canceled for August 8th in Gainesville, Florida. The venue’s website confirmed the news.

This was slated to be part of a four-night Florida run, kicking off with a Friday Night SmackDown in Tampa, a Supershow on Saturday in Fort Myers, the Gainesville show on Sunday, and then Raw in Orlando on Monday.

As of this writing, there hasn’t been a given reason for why it was canceled nor has WWE commented on it. Fans can get refunds if they had bought tickets, but there wasn’t a rescheduled date mentioned.

WWE Money in the Bank takes place on Sunday in Fort Worth, Texas at Dickies Arena before they go to Dallas, Texas on Monday for Raw. WWE has events nearly every Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through September.
