WWE Network officially announced as Peacock exclusive in the US

The WWE Network has given fans thousands of hours worth of content that any pro wrestling fan would be glad to have. However, it seems the company has signed a multi-year deal that will officially make it exclusive to NBC’s Peacock streaming service.

It was officially announced by the company on Monday that they have signed a deal that has given NBCUniversal the exclusive streaming rights in the United States. The WWE Network is set to launch on Peacock on March 18th, a few weeks before WrestleMania 37.

According to a report by Variety, it has been confirmed that Peacock will be hosting the entirety of WWE’s live events at no additional charge.

The NBCU streamer will have all WWE live events — for no additional charge — including WrestleMania and SummerSlam, with Fastlane the first event to stream on Peacock on Sunday, March 21. (WWE fans who would prefer to order events via traditional pay-per-view will still have that option.)

Existing WWE Network subscribers will be migrated to Peacock Premium, of which there are around 1.1 million subscribers currently.

The WWE Network will be available on Peacock Premium with advertisements for $4.99 per month. Fans will have to pay $9.99 per month if they don’t want advertisements.
