WWE New Owners Losing Biggest Stars?

WWE has a huge roster with multiple superstars and there are a plethora of them who have contracts running out in 2024. The company recently went through a merger and now TKO Holdings Group will take care of these contract negotiations.

The company has many contracts that may be up soon. These contracts were renewed in 2019, but it looks like TKO will have the first time experience of renewing contracts. It would be interesting to see how the new company handles this change.

Fightful has learned that numerous talent, including several top stars, have not been approached for contract extensions. WWE signed dozens of wrestlers to new deals in 2019 that are expiring, but also some that were shorter-term are coming due in 2024. WWE has top talent with expiring deals all throughout the year.

Most of the talent we’ve spoken to were of the belief that the recent merger with Endeavor will kickstart a lot of the contract talks, and several of them are waiting to see what the offers are like when that happens, but it hasn’t happened yet. There have been a few negotiations here and there, but usually with talent who approach WWE for raises.

According to Ringside News, Sean Ross Sapp reported about this via Fightful. He informed that there are people waiting to see how this entire situation plays out. The people whose contract is up for renewal are waiting if they will recieve a raise, lowered amount or remain the same.

It’s interesting to see that the business has picked up. Fans are interested in knowing if any of their favourite superstars will get a raise or if this will mean that some may be on their way out of the company. There’s been no report on this, and this is just a speculation.

Do you think WWE would change the way things function or will it remain the same? Sound off in the comments.
