WWE RAW Results (11/4): Uniondale, NY

The November 4th, 2019 edition of WWE RAW aired live on the USA Network from the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY.

 


 

– We see several vehicles pull up to the back of the arena. Triple H gets out of one of them. He briefly checks in the window in the SUV behind his, then walks into the building.

– The intro video rolls and the pyro goes off inside the arena, then WWE Champion Brock Lesnar’s music hits. Lesnar and Paul Heyman come out to the ring, and Heyman gets on the mic. Heyman talks about Brock Lesnar’s status in WWE, and says that his contract has been re-assigned to WWE RAW. Heyman says other wrestlers can’t do that though, and that Brock is special and has more leverage. Heyman says Brock is better everyone watching, and all of the “bitches in the back.” Heyman says that someone must know where Rey Mysterio is, and Brock wants him right now. Heyman says maybe Brock will have to slap every man in the building, and turn over everything that moves in the Nassau Coliseum. Paul says that tonight will be the funeral for Rey’s career, at the hands of Brock Lesnar. Lesnar and Heyman head to the back.

– We go backstage, and we see Brock and Paul walking through the hallways. Brock beats up some random guy, and is yelling for Rey to come out.

– Back from commercial break, Brock Lesnar is still searching for Rey. Brock rips some random guy out of a car and throws him on the ground, then continues storming through the arena.

The Kabuki Warriors vs. Charlotte Flair & Natalya: This is a non-Title match. Natalya and Kairi start this one off. Asuka quickly tags in, but Natalya is able to stop her. Natalya holds Asuka in the front face lock, then Charlotte tags in and puts the boots to Asuka. Charlotte looks for a slam, but Asuka puts up a struggle. Kairi runs in, and Natalya meets her there. Charlotte and Natalya hit suplexes in tandem on the Warriors, and they send both Champions out to ringside. Back in the ring, Asuka and Natalya trade shoulder blocks, and Natalya seems to get the upper hand. Natalya looks for a Sharpshooter, but Asuka escapes and rolls outside. Natalya follows her out and eats a superkick from Asuka on the floor. Back in the ring, Kairi tags in and continues the offense on Natalya. Charlotte gets the tag and cleans house now. Charlotte looks for the pin on Kairi, but Asuka gets involved. Charlotte rolls outside and drops Asuka, then rolls her in the ring. Charlotte hits a big boot on Asuka in the ring, then lays her next to Kairi on the mat. Charlotte goes to the top rope and hits a moonsault on both Warriors. Charlotte throws Asuka out to ringside, then pins Kairi for a two count. Asuka hits a cheap shot on Charlotte from the floor now. Kairi and Asuka take turns beating on Charlotte in the ring until Natalya finally gets the hot tag. Natalya cleans house and hits a German suplex on Asuka. Natalya looks for the Sharpshooter, but Asuka reverses it into an armbar. Natalya fights out and puts Asuka in the Sharpshooter. Kairi breaks it up, then Charlotte runs in and spears Kairi. Asuka looks for the Asuka Lock on Natalya, but Natalya fights out. Natalya puts Asuka in the Sharpshooter for the win via submission.

– Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar come out to the announce table. Paul Heyman demands that they tell him where Rey Mysterio is. Paul asks who the hell the new announcers are, aside from Jerry. Heyman gets in Jerry’s face now and demands that he tells him where Rey is. Heyman says if Jerry doesn’t tell him, he’s going to unleash the beast on him. Brock shoves Jerry, then Dio Maddin stands up and gets in Brock’s face. Brock grabs Dio and gives him the F-5 through the announce table. Rey Mysterio then runs out on the stage and nails Brock with a baseball bat. Rey repeatedly bashes Brock’s knee the the baseball bat, then he picks up Brock’s Universal Title belt and nails Brock in the face with it. Referees and agents come out and Rey leaves. Heyman checks on Brock, who is still down on the ramp.

– Back from the break, we go to replays of Brock giving Dio the F-5, then Rey beating Brock down.

– Rey Mysterio is backstage cutting a promo on Brock Lesnar. Rey talks about Brock trying to take away what Rey cares about most – his family. Now Rey wants to take away what Brock cares most about – his WWE Title belt. It sounds like Rey is challenging Brock to a Title match at Survivor Series.

Cedric Alexander vs. Buddy Murphy: Cedric starts off strong and sends Buddy out to ringside. Buddy fights back at ringside and this one turns into a brawl on the floor. Back in the ring, Buddy hits a boot to the face and then sends Cedric into the ring post. Buddy tries to keep Cedric grounded now and starts working over his shoulder. Cedric starts fighting back with chops to the chest, then a spinning elbow to the face. Cedric follows up with a springboard kick, and Murphy rolls out to ringside. Cedric follows up with a suicide dive, and then a second one. Back in the ring, Cedric hits the springboard flatliner for a two count. Murphy tries to fight back, but Cedric plants him with a Michinoku Driver for another two count. Cedric looks for the Neuralizer, but Buddy cuts him short with a leaping knee on Cedric. Buddy follows up with Murphy’s Law for the three count.

Winner: Buddy Murphy

– They roll some footage of NXT’s invasion last week on SmackDown.

– Seth Rollins is shown walking through the hallways of the arena.

– Back from the commercial break, former champion Seth Rollins comes out to the ring. Seth gets on the mic and starts talking about what’s next for him. He says he knows some of the fans are thrilled that Seth lost to The Fiend, but that doesn’t concern him. What concerns him, is that Bray took his WWE Championship, and also Brock Lesnar is back on RAW with the Universal Title. Seth says his efforts to get the Universal Title off of Lesnar so there would be an active champion were in vain. Seth says he doesn’t know if he has the energy to deal with these things this time. Seth says for the first time in a long time, he doesn’t know what’s next for him. Triple H’s music hits, and the NXT founder comes out to the ring. HHH shakes Seth’s hands and then gets on the mic. The crowd chants “NXT” as Triple H starts talking. HHH says that whenever Seth doesn’t know what’s next, their paths seem to cross. He tells Seth that maybe his past is his future. He talks about Seth being the first-ever NXT Champion and being the foundation of NXT, and then The Shield being born, and then Seth becoming WWE Champion. Rollins asks if those things were for his benefit, or for HHH’s benefit. HHH says it doesn’t matter, because Seth walked away a Champion every time. HHH says he knows what’s next, and then he starts talking about NXT’s success on SmackDown last Friday. HHH says NXT is on fire right now, but he wants to know what Seth is going to do next, because that will effect what HHH does next. HHH says Seth may be lacking motivation or direction right now, but HHH knows how to make Seth great. He tells Seth he’s either with him or against him. The Undisputed Era comes out through the crowd and stands on the ring apron now. The OC’s music hits and they come out to interrupt. The OC heads down the ramp, and The Era retreats off the apron and into the crowd. More NXT stars ambush The OC from behind, and then The Era comes back and they all beat down The OC. Ryder, Hawkins, Rowan and R-Truth run down and they chase off the NXT wrestlers. Seth exits up the ramp without getting involved.

– Back from the break, Seth Rollins approaches Triple H backstage and gets in his face. Seth says if he goes anywhere, he’s going as a top guy. Seth says Daniel Bryan couldn’t get the job done last week, but he can, and he wants a match with Adam Cole for the NXT Title tonight. HHH says “welcome back,” and Seth walks off.

Sin Cara & Catalina vs. Andrade & Zelina Vega: Andrade starts off strong with strikes off the opening bell. Sin Cara ducks a shot and dumps Andrade out to ringside. Cara looks for a dive, but Zelina grabs his leg, so Catalina hits a cannonball on Andrade at ringside. Back in the ring, Andrade takes control against Sin Cara after connecting with several strikes. Andrade takes Sin Cara to the top turnbuckle now, but Sin Cara turns it into a sunset flip powerbomb off the middle rope. Catalina and Zelina tag in now, and Catalina starts getting the upper hand. Zelina rakes the eyes then kicks her in the face. Catalina comes back with a facebuster for a two count. Andrade comes in, but Cara cuts him off and dumps him outside, then hits a dive on him. Zelina hits a hurricanrana on Catalina into the corner, and then another one into the mat for the three count.

– Still to come: Humberto Carrillo & The Street Profits vs. The OC; plus Seth Rollins challenges Adam Cole for the NXT Championship.

– Jerry Lawler introduces a video package looking at the storyline between Rusev, Lana and Bobby Lashley.

– Rusev is shown backstage walking towards the Gorilla position.

– Back from the break, Rusev comes out to the ring and gets on the mic. Rusev says tonight is the night to end all of this stupid drama with his soon-to-be ex-wife Lana. Rusev says he’s here for Bobby Lashley, and he wants to tell her that if he wants Lana she’s all his, but Lashley’s ass is Rusev’s. Rusev calls out Lashley to come out to the ring. Lashley comes out to the stage, using two crutches to walk. Lana comes out with him. Lashley says he’s not medically cleared to fight tonight, because he suffered a torn groin over the weekend. Lashley says he didn’t tear his groin training to wrestling, he tore his groin doing things with Lana, and then he and Lana kiss. Lana says Rusev isn’t interested in hearing about their love life, he wants to fight, so they found a replacement opponent for him tonight. Drew McIntyre comes out next and heads down to the ring.

Drew McIntyre vs. Rusev: Rusev starts off strong and he backs Drew into the corner with strikes. Drew starts fighting back, but Rusev fights him off and dumps him out to ringside. Lana and Lashley watch from the stage. Back in the ring, Drew hits a spinebuster and tries to keep Rusev grounded. Rusev fights up and looks for the big boot, but Drew dodges it. Drew hits a flurry of strikes in the corner, then they run the ropes and collide in the middle of the ring. Both men are down. They trade more strikes in the middle of the ring until Rusev nails a superkick and sends Drew out to ringside. Rusev rolls out and slams Drew into the ring steps. Lashley runs up from behind and nails Rusev with his crutch, which leads to the ref calling for the DQ.

Winner via DQ: Rusev

– Rusev turns around and brawls with Lashley now. Rusev beats down Lashley in the ring, but then Randy Orton hits the ring out of nowhere with an RKO on Rusev. Lashley and Orton are about to beat down Rusev, but then Ricochet comes out for the save. Ricochet and Rusev clear the ring, and Lashley picks up Lana and retreats up the ramp.

– Becky Lynch is backstage preparing for a sit-down interview.

– Back from the break, we go backstage for an interview with Becky. She talks about the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view, but then Shayna Baszler interrupts and sits down across from Becky. Shayna says she’s been waiting a long time to meet Becky face to face, and talks about all the things she’s heard about Becky. Shayna talks bout being friends with Ronda Rousey, and Becky beating Ronda at WrestleMania. Shayna says she’s not Ronda, and at Survivor Series she’s going pin or submit Becky. Becky tells Shayna that going to war with her will change Shayna, and she’s coming right for her. Shayna and Becky stand up and come face to face.

– The OC comes out to the ring, and AJ gets on the mic. AJ says Gallows and Anderson are the best tag team in the world, and they have their trophy at ringside to prove it. AJ says another fact is that he’s the phenomenal one and he’s the United States Champion. Another fact, they don’t give a damn about NXT. AJ says the next time they see those punks, they’ll make sure they never want to step foot outside of Orlando again. The Street Profits and Humberto come out to the stage with mics to interrupt, and they talk trash before their tag match coming up next.

Humberto Carrillo & The Street Profits vs. The OC: Humberto and The Street Profit trade frequent tags in the opening moments to control the pace of this one. A distraction leads to Gallows hitting a cheap shot on Ford at ringside. Back in the ring, AJ tags in and continues beating on Ford, and then Gallows hits another cheap shot from the apron. Anderson tags in but Ford dropkicks him down. Gallows tags in and he drops Ford with a big boot. AJ tags back in for a leaping forearm shot on Ford, then Anderson tags back in for a dropkick. Gallows tags back in for a running splash on Ford in the corner, then an uppercut for a two count. Ford comes back with a swinging neckbreaker on Gallows, then Humberto gets the tag. AJ tags in too, but Humberto cleans house. Humberto hits a standing moonsault for a two count on Styles. Humberto hits a springboard kick, then he goes to the top turnbuckle. Humberto hits a moonsault off the top and pins, but Anderson breaks it up. The Street Profits and The OC run in and then dump each ocher out to ringside. It’s down to AJ and Humberto in the ring, and AJ misses a Phenomenal Forearm attempt. Humberto hits a kick, but AJ comes back with a powerbomb. AJ puts his feet on the ropes for the illegal advantage on the pin, and he gets the three count.

– HHH and Adam Cole are shown backstage discussing strategy for tonight.

The Viking Raiders vs. “The East Hampton Polo Boys”: Erik and Ivar make quick work of their enhancement talents tonight. They hit The Viking Experience for the win after a short squash match.

Winners: The Viking Raiders

– The Raiders get on the mics after the match. They say they’re man enough to admit defeat, and they congratulate The OC on being crowned the Best Tag Team In The World at Crown Jewel. They tell them to enjoy it while it lasts, and that victory is usually nothing more than survival. They say The OC might have won one battle, but nothing can stop the raid.

– We see Seth Rollins backstage getting ready for his match.

Adam Cole (c) vs. Seth Rollins: The NXT Championship is on the line in this one. HHH is at ringside in Cole’s corner. The opening bell sounds and Seth starts off strong and he backs Cole up into the ropes. The fight spills out to ringside where Seth repeatedly throws Cole into the fan barricade. Back in the ring, Cole fights back and drops the challenger with a big boot for a two count. Rollins fires back with a superkick for a two count of his own. Cole fights back, but Rollins shuts him down with the Buckle Bomb. Cole rolls outside and Rollins hits a dive on him, and then another dive. Back in the ring, Rollins hits a flying knee to the face off the top rope. Seth misses a shot and Cole fires back with a brainbuster for a two count. Cole misses a knee strike, and Rollins rolls him up for a two count. Cole and Rollins collide with a double clothesline and both men are down now. They fight to the top turnbuckle and Rollins hits a superplex, followed by a Falcon Arrow for a two count. Seth looks for a superkick, but before he can do it, The Undisputed Era hits the ring and attacks Seth.

– The locker room clears out, and more NXT wrestlers run out through the crowd. This turns into an all-out brawl all over the ringside area. Ricochet hits a shooting star press off the top on to a sea of wrestlers at ringside, and there are bodies laying everywhere now. Keith Lee runs through the ring now and hits a Swanton Bomb over the top rope onto the wrestlers at ringside. RAW goes off the air as the brawl continues.
