WWE granted Andrade his release on Sunday, leading to fans wondering if Charlotte Flair will leave with him. Charlotte liked an AEW tweet after being removed from the WrestleMania 37 poster.
It turns out the Charlotte has been re-added to the WrestleMania 37 commercial. WrestlingNews.co tweeted, “Who noticed that Charlotte was back in the WrestleMania ad during #WWEFastlane?” So at least as of now, Charlotte is still under WWE contract, though things could change.
Andrade tweeted at 7:30PM EST on Sunday, “Good news!!!! Buenas noticias!!! #Tranquilo #Happy.” WWE later said, “WWE has come to terms on the release of Andrade. We wish him all the best in all of his future endeavors.”
Ryan Satin said on Twitter, “Andrade could’ve been a World Champion with the right push. Bummed things didn’t work out for him in WWE. His NXT title matches were great.”
Eko said, “It sucks Andrade in WWE didn’t work out. Dude deserved better.
Wherever Andrade goes next he’s gonna kill it for sure. Dude is so incredibly talented and deserve the world
Any promotion that gets him is gonna benefit a lot, looking forward to seeing his future.”
The Elitist added, “The narrative has become that Zelina Vega’s Twitch ruined Andrade’s career.
In reality, WWE could have EASILY found a use for Andrade over the last 6 months… and they didn’t, so now he’s gone.” Jim Ross just revealed if AEW could sign Andrade.
