WWE seemingly planning ‘outside the box’ WrestleMania ideas

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, WWE had to change their plans for WrestleMania. It will no longer be taking place in Tampa.

The event will be taking place at the WWE Performance Center with no fans in attendance. It is also going to be held on two days, which is a first in the company’s history. They will also be filming gimmick matches from multiple undisclosed locations.

According to a report by Fightful Select, WWE has planned a few “cool” and “outside the box” things WrestleMania 36 this year.

“We have some really cool things planned,” a Fightful source in the company stated. “Well, cool for the situation we’re in at least. It’s not something we want to have to do, but it’s where we are. Don’t expect this to be like the first Raw or Smackdown you saw from the Performance Center. Based on what I was told, this will be outside the box.”

It was said that many sources in the company did not think Vince McMahon would tape anything for the show of shows. However, due to the current situation, it was necessary.

We hope the COVID-19 outbreak will be contained in good time. We will have to see what the company has in store for fans.
