PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE have canceled 205 Live. WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has the final say in anything and everything that goes on in the company, for better or worse. Vince McMahon also sabotaged Jon Moxley’s matches.
Vince McMahon has been WWE Chairman since 1982 and he saw various changes in his company over the last few decades as well. All through that, he continued to adapt to the changing times. However, many fans now feel that he is out of touch and simply has no idea what is good for a WWE Superstar. The WWE Chairman is larger than life in many ways and he also has his own peculiarities.
He has also been criticized for failing to create new stars in the company and always having to rely on older stars from a bygone era, including the likes of Goldberg.
Brock Lesnar recently spoke on The Pat McAfee Show, where he was asked about the current state of WWE’s talents, especially the younger talents. Brock Lesnar advised the younger talents to figure out to attract an audience and become a huge draw.
“It’s just kind of weird, the whole evolution, because when I came up, The Undertaker, Steve (Austin), and I can go on and on, but so now I’m the old bas*ard walking down the halls. I’m looking at these young kids, and I don’t know. Somebody needs to step up, get over, and figure out how to put asses in seats and not worry about your next highspot, but figure out how the hell they can be different, like, how can they make money? That’s it. That’s the business.”
“The young generation thinks that if they go out and do a certain move and do it over and over, but that’s not the business. There’s a good guy and a bad guy, pitting people against each other, and storylines. What was fun about me coming back this time was the storyline with Roman Reigns and being with Paul Heyman for 15 years and now Paul is with Roman.”
The Undertaker is a true legend in the world of professional wrestling as he gave more than thirty years of his life to the business. He ended his career at the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view last year, bringing an end to his legacy. His last match was against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36 in a Boneyard Match, which received a lot of critical praise and also praises from fans and WWE Superstars alike. The Undertaker teaming up with fired WWE Superstars was also leaked previously as well.
