Former WWE Writer believes we’ll never get to see Sister Abigail on WWE TV

  • Armitage Soulshroude

Both “Voodoo” and Abigail were used in the same context. This is easily misconstrued by the naive or unlearned.

He didn’t say that she practiced voodoo. He said that 1. New Orleans has a history of practicing voodoo, and 2. Sister Abigail taught Bray what she knows of the dark arts. No mention of her teaching him voodoo as a dark art.

At east that’s how I read it. But remember, this guy is a former WWE writer. So don’t expect 100% total accuracy, if that is what he meant.

Maybe they’ll introduce Papa Shango into the Wyatt family as Bray’s “godfather” (See what I did there? *rimshot* xD)

Maybe I missed something during the whole confusing angle, but wasn’t it revealed during the Orton/Wyatt feud that Sister Abigail is dead and that she was buried at the compound.?

IMO sister Abigail, if introduced, should be strictly in a non physical/managerial role, at least at first. Have her become the mouthpiece for the Wyatt Family but share mic time with Bray.
In all likelyhood they are following the same gameplan as with the Undertaker, they gave us his backstory about the family dying in the fire and they didnt introduce Kane until quite a few years later.
So i can definitely see WWE not rushing the character as an onscreen character

Voodoo is NOT a dark art. I wish this misconception was ultimately laid to rest.
