Saraya(formerly Paige in WWE) recently made a shocking debut at the recent AEW Dynamite Grand Slam. AEW Dynamite Grand Slam saw a Fatal Four-way match for the Interim AEW Women’s World Championship that featured the reigning champ Toni Storm, Serena Deeb, Athena, and Britt Baker. After Storm successfully retained her title, the former WWE star made her way down to the ring, much to the crowd’s shock. Her contract details have also been revealed.
It was on the October 5th edition of AEW Dynamite, that Saraya got in a brawl with Britt Baker. It was later reported that Saraya was cleared to compete by AEW Dr. Sampson.
Saraya hits back at a fan
However, given her medical history, on Twitter expressed concern over the former WWE star returning to the ring and event as far as accusing Dr. Michael Sampson of making “numerous unethical decisions.”

Dr. Sampson is currently serving as the ringside doctor for AEW. Previously he worked in the same role for WWE. Dr. Sampson is best known for saving Jerry Lawler’s life after the latter suffered a heart attack live on RAW in 2012.
Saraya immediately backed the AEW doctor by tweeting one of Lawler’s previous where he thanked Dr. Sampson for saving his life with the following statement:
