AJ Styles is gearing up for Elimination Chamber, where he will be in the ring with five other competitors and try to win back the WWE Championship. He apparently was suffering from a hernia according to Dave Meltzer.
Styles came down on this week’s Smackdown Live and got physically involved following the conclusion of the main event and performed some of his signature moves flawlessly as if he was not suffering from an injury at all. It was also reported that nobody in WWE heard about his hernia.
A fan on twitter asked AJ Styles about his reported hernia after watching him on Smackdown Live. Styles then revealed that he was not suffering from a hernia.
“Yeah, about that. I don’t have a hernia.”
While AJ might still be working a little dinged up, it doesn’t mean he has a hernia. So the false report can finally be put to rest.
