Becky Lynch on what it means to main-event shows as a woman

The RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch has been making all the right noises ever since she won the title at WrestleMania 35. While speaking at CES 2020 in a sit-down interview, The Man talked about how different it is for men and women to main event shows.

“A million guys have had terrible main event matches, but if I have a sub-par main event match, the question comes up – should women be main eventing?”

Lynch also stated that every time she goes out to perform, she feels that the entire weight of her gender is on her back. She also spoke about how the current generation of women has to break the barries for the benefit of all the future generations to come.

“We are in the position right now where we have to be extra, we have to work harder constantly, so that the future generations don’t have to deal with that anymore.”
