WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley is one of the best-booked Superstars on the main roster at this moment. He is currently a member of The Hurt Business, one of the strongest factions in the company’s history.
Bobbly Lashley was recently interviewed by Sports Illustrated, where he discussed a possible match against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 37 for the WWE Championship. Lashley noted that he had unfinished business with McIntyre. He said that Drew McIntyre is old school and can fit into any era he is in. He also added that McIntyre is tough and ‘real.’
Lashley then added he is also open to the idea of including the Beast Brock Lesnar into the match as well, making it a triple threat match in the process.
“I want that fight, I want that title. Drew is old-school. He fits into any era. He’s tough, he’s real. We have a lot of unfinished business. Adding Brock always adds a lot. He’s as real as it gets, and he’s someone I want in the ring. So I’m open to that, but me and Drew can do it on our own, too. There are a lot of options, which is great for everyone.”
We will have to see if this match ever takes place.
