WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and AEW’s Andrade El Idolo have been a power couple in the pro-wrestling industry for over two-and-a-half years. Recently reports stated that their relationship came to an end. However, Wrestling Inc. owner Raj Giri, recently reported that the couple are “still still very much together”.
Charlotte Flair and Andrade also got engaged
The couple were only revealed to be together around WrestleMania 35 weekend. The duo got engaged on January 1st last year but halted their wedding plans due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as they wanted their friends and family to be able to travel. Tensions seemingly increased between the two for a while now. On November 22nd, 2021, it was revealed that Andrade had unfollowed Charlotte Flair from both Instagram and Twitter. Flair had previously dropped Andrade AEW bombshell.
According to BodySlam.net, various sources told Cassidy Haynes that Flair and Andrade had broken up and it wasn’t a mutual decision:
“After speaking with multiple sources I can confirm that the two are no longer together. Sources indicated that the break-up did not appear to be mutual and that it was Charlotte who ended the relationship. I was not given any details as to why the relationship came to an end, only that the two are officially done as of a couple weeks ago.”
The couple had been quite active on social media as they posted many pictures together. But going by his recent actions, Andrade appears to have removed several recent posts of him and ‘The Queen’. They are have been working in different promotions but still managed to carry on well with their relationship. But it seems, that did not work out anymore.
