Christian’s return to WWE is going over well in the locker room, at least according to Matt Riddle. Christian also shared a stunning new physique photo as seen below. WWE United States Champion Matt Riddle is known to be very outspoken as he has taken multiple shots at the likes of Goldberg, Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker.
However, there are some WWE legends whom he does respect and feel are different from the rest. While being interviewed by Metro, Riddle talked about how some legends don’t interact with Superstars in the locker room.
He then mentioned how Edge and Christian are different from others as they always have time to talk to Superstars and have fun in the locker room.
“Some of the legends come in and they find their own locker room, they stay away from the boys. But then there’s legends like Gillberg, Edge, Christian – legends like that, they came in, they sat with all the boys in the main locker room. We jib-jabbed, flapped gums, talked shop and had fun.”
Edge is scheduled to challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 37. It is not known when Christian will compete in another match as he last competed back at the Men’s Royal Rumble match in January.
We certainly hope Christian can make his return somewhere down the line as Captain Charisma proved he still has the skills.
