Diddy Posts ‘Defiant’ Video After Allegations

Amid ongoing accusations of sexual misconduct directed at Sean “Diddy” Combs now involving his son, the embattled artist and entrepreneur shared a seemingly defiant video and caption on Instagram on Friday.

He posted a full-length video from his 1998 song “Victory,” featuring scenes of him evading Los Angeles police for nearly seven minutes, along with the caption “Bad Boy for life” and a fist emoji, a signature phrase referencing his record label.

Comments on the post remained open, with Christian Combs, who faces a lawsuit for sexual assault in 2022, chiming in with “Who you know do it better!!” accompanied by three fire emojis. Several mid-level artists, including Ginuwine and Lil Scrappy, expressed support. The clip was shared in both his Instagram story and as a standalone post, garnering 200,000 likes by Saturday morning.

The video, directed by Marcus Nispel and inspired by “The Running Man,” featured appearances from Dennis Hopper and Danny DeVito, along with Busta Rhymes and a posthumous contribution from the Notorious B.I.G.

Presumably, this move serves as a response to the five lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct against Combs, all of which he vehemently denies through statements from his legal team. The accusations began when R&B singer Cassie, Combs’ former partner, filed a suit on November 16, alleging combative behavior throughout their relationship. They settled the lawsuit amicably the following day.

Another lawsuit, filed in December, claimed that Combs had gang-raped a 17-year-old girl in 2003, raising concerns about his involvement in a “sex trafficking scheme.” The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, accused Combs of flying her to New York from Michigan on a private jet.
