There is absolutely no doubt that Rey Mysterio is one of the most popular and greatest luchadors to have ever stepped foot inside the world of professional wrestling and remains a beloved Superstar in WWE. On the WWE WrestleMania Backlash Premium Live Event last year, Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik Mysterio challenged Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode for the Smackdown Tag Team Titles. They would go on to defeat Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode for the Smackdown Tag Team Titles and become the first-ever father and son duo to win the WWE tag team titles in the company’s history. Rey Mysterio’s daughter Aalyah Mysterio is also gone for a bad reason.
The two lost the titles eventually and since then they have been working together on Monday Night RAW following last year’s edition of WWE Draft. Rey Mysterio has worked hard to get where he is in professional wrestling, as he worked for over three decades. He is now currently engaged in a feud with Dominik, who turned heel and joined Judgment Day recently.
Vince Russo reacted to the latest RAW episode and blasted Dominik.
“Great (if Dominik marries Rhea Ripley at the end of the storyline). Are they going to show us scenes from the bedroom and her beating the crap out of him? Because, okay, fine, you show me that, and we’ve got something,” said Vince Russo. “You don’t show me that, bro. I’m begging somebody to tell me why I’m supposed to care. That’s all I want to know. Triple H, somebody tells me why I’m supposed to care about this.”
