First match announced for WWE Stomping Grounds

This month will feature two PPVs from WWE. The first, WWE Super Showdown, will take place this Friday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. However, with only three weeks before their next big event, the company has already started building towards WWE Stomping Ground.

Tonight on Monday Night Raw, it was confirmed that Roman Reigns would face Drew McIntyre in a WrestleMania rematch. McIntyre has recently aligned with the man Reigns is facing at Super Showdown, Shane McMahon, and the duo have continued to harass the Big Dog ever since his move to SmackDown Live.

Reigns made the announcement during tonight’s opening segment before taking part in a six-man tag match, partnering Reigns and his cousins the Usos against the Revival and Drew McIntyre.

WWE Stomping Grounds will take place on June 23rd in Tacoma, Washington.
