Jon Moxley reveals WWE needs Vince McMahon to leave

During the interview, the AEW Champion pointed out WWE’s major problem — Vince McMahon. Moxley said the WWE Chairman needed to relinquish control of the company for anything positive to take place. Moxley further added that he did not know what he would be doing in WWE shows if he was still a part of the company.

“It’s one person. Three letters. VKM. That’s the problem. Until he’s gone or relinquishes control, it’s just not gonna change. When I watched the show during the pandemic era, when I watched the show, you see him before, especially during the pandemic era, I’m just like, ‘Oh Thank God, I’m not there.’ Jesus Christ. What would I be doing on that show right now? Can you imagine? You think it would be any good, like come on.”

The AEW Champion has called out Vince McMahon on previous occasions as well. Moxley talked about how Vince McMahon made stars memorize scripts in the company, something that he felt stunted creativity. In his current role, Jon Moxley has a lot more freedom with AEW allowing stars more of a choice to do what they need.

Meanwhile, Jon Moxley will defend his AEW Championship against MJF at AEW All Out.
