The main event of the Great American Bash edition of NXT was certainly a huge one. NXT Champion Adam Cole squared off against NXT North American Champion Keith Lee in a winner takes all match.
In an intense match that went on for over twenty minutes, both competitors gave it their all in order to come out on top. There were quite a few near falls during the match and it was uncertain who would win. The match was also aired on the USA Network with no commercial breaks.
The finals moments of the match saw Keith Lee kick out of the Last Shot. Then he also kicked out of the Panama Sunrise. Cole then positioned himself on top and tried to hit another Panama Sunrise, but Lee countered it into a Spirit Bomb and a Big Bang Catastrophe and got the pinfall.
Keith Lee is now both the NXT Champion and NXT North American Champion.
