Keith Lee defended his NXT Championship against Karrion Kross at NXT TakeOver: XXX. Despite giving it his all, he was unable to retain his title. It seems that was the last we will see of Lee in NXT for now.
During SummerSlam, after Drew McIntyre successfully defended his WWE Championship against Randy Orton, a video package was shown. In the video, highlights from Keith Lee’s time in NXT was shown and then at the end of the video, his future was revealed.
Keith Lee will be making his main roster debut on the upcoming episode of Monday Night RAW. It was not said what he will be doing during the show.
Due to Karrion Kross getting injured during their NXT TakeOver: XXX match, it seems Lee will not be getting a rematch for the title.
We will have to see what is in store for Lee.
