According to Sportskeeda, fan outrage on Twitter for Twits has forced former WWE US Champion, Shelly B. aka Shelton Benjamin to delete his tweet about Rhea Ripley and Mia Yim.

Shelton Benjamin or Shelly B. and Mia Yim are incredibly close in real life. Who’d have thunk it. The two WWE wrestlers occasionally poke fun at each other on Twitter, and most fans are aware of that at this point. Sounds like child’s play to me. Isn’t Shelly B. somewhere in his mid to late forties, and he’s jabbing someone else on Twitter for Twits. Really.

Earlier today, Shelly B. posted a photo of Rhea Ripley attempting a pin on Yim in her own unique manner. The WWE veteran dubbed it a “dream come true” scenario, and this didn’t sit well with some fans on Twitter. Oh no. I’m scared. After receiving a number of hateful tweets, Shelly decided to delete the tweet. He wrote the following in his recent tweet:

“Too many people not up to speed on the joke. I’m Not comfy with the inappropriate responses. Thus previous tweet deleted.”

If it had been me and I was a twit who used Twitter, I would have left the tweet exactly where it was and amplified it. I guess Shelton Benjamin is not that tough after all.
