Recent reports about the creative process of WWE and the environment backstage don’t paint a very great picture of the life of a WWE creative team member.
It’s said that Vince McMahon is too open to ideas these days and Triple H and others feel very frustrated because with so much input from everybody, the pitched storyline don’t remain original and they end up being watered down.
These reports had made many curious about the role of Vince McMahon’s children in the current process and the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter sheds some light on that.
According to it, Stephanie McMahon who hasn’t been seen on WWE TV for a while has no creative input in the current WWE Programming what so ever.
On the other hand, Shane is a regular figure on WWE programming but he also has little to no involvement in the process and while he pitches ideas for himself every now and then, they rarely get used.
Overall, the current situation of WWE looks to be in dire need of a makeover and the best idea for saving the programming seems to be Vince McMahon taking a back seat and allowing someone else to take the charge.
