This week’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw has definitely been one for the books, with each member currently in the men’s WWE Men’s Money In The Bank match confronting each other along with other hard hitting matchups including Drew McIntyre Vs Jinder Mahal, which McIntyre won via disqualification. however it has not been without it’s bumps in the road. This top WWE female star was accused of ‘stealing’ from Nia Jax earlier this year.
During an eight woman tag team match in which Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Naomi, & Nikki ASH took on Doudrop, Eva Marie, Nia Jax, & Shayna Baszler WWE play-by-play commentator Jimmy Smith was calling the match along with Corey Graves and Byron Saxton as normal. The match in itself was without incident and was fairly hard-hitting. However, after one half of the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions – Nia Jax won the match via pinfall after a Samoan Drop on Nikki ASH, Smith made an unfortunate error stating that ‘Nikki Jax’ got the pin.
On social media via Twitter, the WWE Universe voiced their thoughts on Smith’s ill-fated remark. One user by the account name of @Kriss_cel stated: “They also called Nia Jax Nikki Jax tonight during the show there’s no deleting that Woman” while @NoDQColinAndrew said: “But that cover by “Nikki Jax” though. Where’s everyone complaining about it like they were Jim Ross?”
