Former UFC Star and RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey has not been on WWE television since WrestleMania 35, where she lost her title to Becky Lynch in a triple threat match in the main event of the pay-per-view, which also featured Charlotte Flair. Ronda Rousey’s return date was also previously confirmed.
Ronda Rousey’s original WWE contract has already expired. As reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ronda Rousey’s WWE contract was set to expire back in April. It is likely the company extended it somehow as the belief is that she will be returning to the company someday.
Ronda Rousey’s husband Travis Browne showed full support for the UFC president Dana White when it came to UFC fighters getting underpaid, even resorting to insulting those who complain about it.
While having a discussion with Josh Thomson on the Weighing In podcast, John McCarthy talked about Travis Browne’s comments and stated that Browne was in a better position than those fighters who complained about fighter pay.
“First off, Travis is sitting in a different position. Because he’s got a wife that made a lot of money. Good job, Travis! Very nice. You don’t have to worry about what he made. Look at what she made!” said John McCarthy.
