Sin Cara told promoters he does not have WWE 90 no-compete clause

Sin Cara was recently granted his release from WWE. He was still using his WWE name without their permission when he appeared during a recent AAA event.

Sin Cara now has a new name he wants to use, but it is unknown whether he can without a legal battle with WWE. He goes under the name “Cinta de Oro.” He has started taking bookings.

All the WWE Superstars who were recently released have 90 day no-compete clauses. However, according to a report by PW Insider, Cinta de Oro is telling promoters otherwise.

We are told that Cara is telling those reaching out to book him that he has no such clause.

He is also apparently “close to signing a contract with AAA.”This definitely makes sense as he made a recent appearance at an AAA event.
