Steve Austin Huge WWE Raw Rumor Revealed

Steve Austin sadly is not at WWE Raw tonight, despite Kevin Owens’ parody promo. Fans have been eagerly waiting to witness WWE Hall of Famer ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, who is set to go face to face with Kevin Owens. It seems that he might be training as hard as he did when he was a full-time wrestler because he’s taking his WrestleMania return very seriously.

Steve Austin is eyeing to be in the best shape

On the Sunday Night’s Main Event podcast, Dave Meltzer talked about Austin’s return for The KO Show segment with Kevin Owens. Meltzer was questioned whether the fans would just see Austin show up in a t-shirt and shorts and give Owens a kick to the gut and the stunner.

Meltzer indicated that fans will get a lot more than that and Austin is said to be in fantastic shape.

“He and I happen to have a mutual friend who just saw him and he told me he’s in fantastic shape,” Meltzer said. “So I mean he might take his shirt off. There’s gonna be a fight. There’s gonna be a brawl, without a doubt. It’s not just gonna be just a kick in the gut and stunner. He’s training very hard so it’s gonna be more than that. Will he do a 20-minute match? No, I don’t think so. Will he go 7 minutes or something and have a brawl all over the place? I kind of expect that, yeah.”

Austin has made cameo appearances at several WrestleManias but this time around it seems he would be given a good amount of screen time. WrestleMania 38 will take place on Saturday, April 2, and Sunday, April 3 from AT& T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

During a recent appearance on The Rich Eisen Show, Austin discussed his role for WrestleMania 38 and proclaimed ‘never say never when discussing the possibility of competing in a match sometime down the road. For clarification, the last time ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin competed in a WWE ring was WrestleMania XIX in 2003. Credit to Bleacher Report for the below.

“In this business, never say never. I said I would never get in, but prompted by the right person at the right time, hell, I wish [Owens] would have pissed me off a little sooner than he did to give me more time to prep.”
