The current Impact Wrestling Knockout’s Champion Taya Valkyrie talked about who she would like to face from WWE on a media call recently. On being asked which female wrestlers she would like to face in 2020 in inter-promotional matches, the former Lucha Underground star stated that she would like to face the 10-time Champion Charlotte Flair. She also named Mia Yim and Candice LeRare as superstars she would like to compete against.
As far as WWE, there are a few dream matches there, obviously, for me; I look at someone like Charlotte Flair. I look at lots of the girls in NXT.
I’ve only wrestled Mia Yim once; I think that she’s very talented and would love to do that again one day. Candice LeRae and I barely touched. We’ve just only ever really wrestled in a tag match.”
Taya has made a major mark for herself in Impact Wrestling and hopefully, she continues to be the cornerstone of Impact’s Knockout division this year as well.
