The Rock Pays Emotional Tribute To Bret Hart

The Rock is still regarded as of the most popular pro wrestlers in the history of the business. He has competed against the best of the best as far as the world of professional wrestling. This includes someone like Chris Jericho, who has had several matches against The Great One. Roman Reigns vs The Rock major spoilers were also leaked previously.

 


 

WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart has seen it all when it comes to the world of professional wrestling. He is certainly well-versed in tag team wrestling as well. It seems he has also saved the WWE career of a former WWE Superstar.

Canada’s Walk of Fame official Twitter account thanked The Rock for his appearance. The Rock took to Twitter and stated that it was his pleasure and shared a touching tribute to Bret Hart as well.

“My pleasure, Bret Hart was a mentor to me when he didn’t have to be and in our wild and intense world of pro wrestling, there weren’t many “mentorship programs” back then. He gave me guidance and I’ll always be grateful. Congrats my friend on your incredible accomplishment

Roman Reigns also successfully retained his WWE Universal Championship against Cesaro in the main event of WrestleMania Backlash. Roman Reigns was scheduled to defend his WWE Universal Championship against Rey Mysterio at the WWE Hell In A Cell pay-per-view. However, that match was shifted to a previous episode of Friday Night Smackdown.

Roman Reigns would successfully defend his WWE Universal Championship against Rey Mysterio as well and went on to defeat Edge and John Cena in subsequent title matches at WWE Money In The Bank and WWE SummerSlam respectively. He then retained his title against Finn Balor at WWE Extreme Rules as well.
