On the 6/24/20 edition of NXT on the USA Network, a #1 Contender Fatal Four-Way Match was announced to take place on next week’s July 1st episode where Dakota Kai, Tegan Nox, Candice LeRae, and Mia Yim will go head-to-head in a #1 Contender Fatal Four-Way Match to earn the opportunity to challenge NXT Women’s Champion, Io Shirai.
Also announced for next week’s NXT is the very first Strap Match on the NXT brand where Roderick Strong will be forced to complete his match against Dexter Lumis as the two superstars will be bound together by a rope connected to either man’s wrist. This match was announced after tonight’s match where Dexter Lumis ultimately won by count-out after Roderick Strong jumped out of the ring and ran backstage as the referee got to the count of ten.
