Vince McMahon Fires Big Name Before Smackdown

It is now official that we say goodbye to Canyon Ceman, who is no longer with WWE. This news on Ceman comes hard weeks after reports that he quit the company, but WWE denied it over and over again. However, the word is now that Ceman was released. John Cena Drops Bray Wyatt Bombshell.

According to a new report from PW Insider, Ceman was let off by WWE today. He was the Senior Vice President of Talent Development. Ceman was a pulsing force behind all of the WWE tryouts and other recruitment activities. There’s no news who can fill the hole that Ceman has left.

As said above, just weeks ago there were rumors that he was no longer with the company, but WWE would not entertain those ideas as they were. Now it seems that, oddly enough, the rumors became reality. He has been with WWE since 2012 where he entered the company from the Association of Volleyball Professionals were he was the company’s CFO.

Known for his scouting and recruitment efforts, Ceman was with WWE for over nine years. Now his time with the company has officially come to an end. Ceman is added to a load of a list of prominent names within the company that they have let go over the past several months as the company seeks to consolidate and reduce their bottom line.
