The ending of WWE Hell In A Cell received a lot of negative backlash due to its ending. It is arguably one of the worst endings in the history of the company.
The referee called for the bell as soon as Seth Rollins hit The Fiend with a sledgehammer, while he was covered by many weapons. During WWE’s The Bump, referee Rod Zapata, he provided an explanation for his actions.
“With Bray motionless, and Seth clearly doing whatever it was going to take to win that match…I had to think of the competitor’s safety and at that moment, I did what I thought was best.”
The WWE Draft will be taking place on 11th and 14th October, so a lot of changes are expected to happen. Perhaps that might be why Bray Wyatt did not win the Universal Title.
