WWE SmackDown star Zelina Vega was reportedly present at this week’s AEW Dynamite special, Fight For The Fallen. It is to be noted that AEW’s Malakai Black and Vega are married. This is the very reason Vega was there at the show.
Zelina Vega paid a visit to AEW
During Bodyslam.net’s The Push podcast, Cassidy Haynes revealed that Malakai Black did not travel alone to Charlotte for Dynamite this week. His wife, WWE star Zelina Vega, was also there. Vega was not featured on the show as she re-signed with WWE and is back on their television every week.
“At Dynamite this week there were a couple names backstage. Zelina Vega was backstage because she was there with Malakai Black.”
Malakai Black recently made his debut in AEW following his release from WWE. He is currently involved in a rivalry with AEW EVP and performer Cody Rhodes. They are set to collide inside the ring at next week’s Dynamite ‘Homecoming’ edition.On the other hand, Vega was previously released by WWE back in November 2020 but recently made her return to the company. It was also reported that ROH and NJPW Strong’s Brody King was also backstage in Charlotte for Fight For The Fallen.
