The fans might as well remember when WWE Hall of Famer Edge, who has been widely regarded as the ‘Rated-R Superstar’ did the iconic in-ring sex celebration back in the day. Corey Graves and Carmella are a couple behind the scenes and with their relationship taking center stage in a new YouTube-based reality-based series called “Corey and Carmella”, they are willing to recreate the iconic celebration of the former WWE Champion.
Carmella is open to recreating Edge’s celebration
The trailer for the series showed the couple being very open about their sex life and now, Carmela told Bleacher Report that she wouldn’t mind bringing that aspect of their relationship onto the WWE product.
She was asked if they would like to have their relationship as part of WWE storylines, Carmella stated she would be open to recreating the live sex celebration held in January 2006 by Edge and Lita.
“I mean, there are a few things I can think I would enjoy doing on TV, maybe like recreating the Edge and Lita scene,” said Carmella.
While Corey added:
“If it comes to it, awesome. It’s not something we’re actively fighting too hard for, but I think, I mean, to me, the best storylines in sports entertainment throughout history have been based in reality. You think, like, Macho Man and Miss Elizabeth, but we’re in a different situation where I’m a commentator, not an active competitor. She’s an active competitor, so it’s a different scenario as opposed to having two in-ring competitors or whatever that may be, but I think if the opportunity presents itself, we’d both be more than happy to jump because I think we can both provide some entertainment. Let’s be honest, who’s easier to hate right now than Corey Graves and Carmella?”
Graves also recently revealed that he has been cleared the compete in the ring. We will have to see if he is set to return to in-ring action.
