Rumors continue to suggest that Cody Rhodes will make his return to WWE during WrestleMania 38 and square off against Cody Rhodes at the Showcase Of The Immortals.
Former WWE writer Vince Russo recently spoke to Dr. Chris Featherstone, where he made it clear he wants Becky Lynch to interfere in Seth Rollins’ possible match against Cody Rhodes.
“To me the only way he could get in WrestleMania is he’s gonna have to offer something in return, and if it were me, I would have him put his career on the line. And then to do exactly what you’re talking about [a WWE star defeating an original AEW star], I would just have Becky screw Cody in the match and Seth go over.”
