Nick Aldis Drops Cryptic NWA Bombshell

Nick Aldis wrote a very cryptic tweet about the NWA removed every episode of ‘Power’ from YouTube. Nick Aldis recently revealed if he’ll defend the NWA title in AEW.

The NWA Champion tweeted, “‘Live dangerously; take things as they come; dread naught, all will be well.’

Winston Churchill.”

The NWA have been on hiatus from filming ‘Power’ since the pandemic hit last spring. Vice President David Lagana resigned last year after allegations of sexual misconduct. Nick Aldis also reacted to losing a big NWA name to WWE. Dave Meltzer reports that the ‘Power’ episodes being pulled is actually part of a potentially positive announcement.

Meltzer said, “I was told it will be something announced in the next few days which is a good thing. Would not have to do with AEW….”

NWA star Joseph “Josephus” Hudson tragically died this week, with a GoFundMe being launched for his family.

The campaign states, “This is a memorial fund for Joseph ‘Jocephus’ Hudson for his burial and medical expenses. Joseph passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on February 24th. Funds collected above and beyond the goal will go into a trust fund for his 10 year old son. Joseph was best known as Jocephus and The Question Mark in the National Wrestling Alliance but he was so many other things. He was an actor, writer, filmmaker, musician, teacher and, above all, a father.

Joseph was one of a kind and made a positive impression on everyone that he met. He leaves behind his son, mother, three brothers, two nieces and so many friends and loved ones who he would also consider family.

We are thankful to see that Joseph was so loved through the outpouring of support from his mentors, friends, and the wrestling community as a whole.”
