Paul Heyman is known for being the manager of top Superstars in WWE and further increasing their value in the company. His most notable pairing would be with Brock Lesnar, who remains one of the most dominant Superstars to have ever stepped foot inside the squared circle. The two worked together in 2002 and then from 2012 to 2020.
Following Lesnar’s departure from WWE, Heyman found someone else to align himself with. In August 2020, Heyman became the special counsel to Reigns on Friday Night SmackDown.
The partnership has proven to be successful as Roman Reigns is arguably on the best run of his career in WWE as the Tribal Chief. He is also the WWE Universal Champion and has competed in several high-profile feuds with the likes of Jey Uso and Kevin Owens.
Paul Heyman recently spoke to the Battleground Podcast, FOX 17 Nashville’s Terra Reeves asked Heyman what Brock Lesnar would think of Heyman’s partnership with Roman Reigns.
Heyman simply said that Brock Lesnar would say what he wanted to say and nothing more than that.
“Brock Lesnar would say anything that comes to Brock Lesnar’s mind. Brock Lesnar does what Brock Lesnar wants to do, which means Brock Lesnar says whatever Brock Lesnar feels like saying.”
