Paige has posted a photo hiking with Ronda Rousey, where Rousey shows off her legs.
Rousey returned at the WWE Royal Rumble, along with Shane McMahon. Shane McMahon recently made her surprising return at this year’s edition of the Men’s Royal Rumble match, which was ultimately won by none other than the former WWE Champion Brock Lesnar. He managed to have a spot among the final four men in the ring. It was recently noted that Shane-O-Mac was originally going to be one of the entrants in the upcoming WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match at the namesake event. It seems he was planning to spark a feud with Seth Rollins.
Shane McMahon was planned to have a feud with Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins was originally set to feud with Shane on the road to WrestleMania 38 as per a new report that came out after this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. Previously, it was noted that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon removes Shane McMahon from RAW.
On the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported the same pitch. He also said that Shane would have kicked off a feud with Seth ‘Freaking’ Rollins inside the Elimination Chamber, which would have culminated in a match at WrestleMania 38.
“Shane McMahon was going to be in the Chamber and set up a feud with Seth Rollins for WrestleMania,” said Meltzer. “I don’t know if that was going to be the (WWE) Championship match, but it’s obviously – whether it is or it isn’t – that was changed, so I don’t know how that relates to Shane McMahon at WrestleMania, but this was supposed to be the step to that.”
At Royal Rumble, ‘The Messiah’ had unsuccessfully challenged Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship in the opening contest of the night. Rollins defeated Reigns via DQ, thus failing to win the title.
