Vince McMahon ‘Cancels’ WWE Firings?

It was previously reported that Vince McMahon was planning to make a visit to the WWE Performance Center to evaluate talent. This apparently uneased several talent and staff due to the fact that there have been multiple cuts within WWE and this could have been a precursor for another round of releases.

Vince McMahon’s doctor is finally speaking out. However, it is being reported by PWInsider that the visit has taken place and nothing could be further from the truth. One person in attendance during McMahon’s visit allegedly said that the entire thing was a “breath of fresh air”. Vince McMahon was joined by WWE President Nick Khan, Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis during McMahon’s visit as well.

In other news concerning Vince McMahon, former WWE creative team member Vince Russo stated when talking about potentially being inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame that he doesn’t need the ‘validation’ of the WWE executive and that he would have no interest in going in. Vince McMahon’s ‘bold’ message to this top WWE female star recently leaked. “I would have absolutely no interest; I would say thank you but no thank you,” Russo continued, “I don’t need to be validated by Vince McMahon to consider my life worthy. I need to be validated by my wife, by my dad, by my kids, by my friends; that’s who I need validation from, not Vince McMahon. Im happy for guys like Bischoff, Cornette guys like Prichard. They live the wrestling business; they eat, drink, shit, you name it. But wrestling, it was a job to me. I was not this freaking wrestling mark that got my dream job. Today I hate wrestling. I hate talking about wrestling. The only show I watch is RAW because I get paid to watch RAW.”
