Austin Theory spent time in the main roster as a disciple of Seth Rollins. He was then absent from WWE television. Several reports suggested he was taken off of television due to allegations against him. However, it seems he has finally made his return.
On this week’s episode of NXT, Austin Theory returned to the black and gold brand. During a backstage interview, where Bronson Reed was talking about his desire to go after the NXT North American Title, Theory appeared on-screen.
He bragged to Bronson Reed how he competed at WrestleMania at only 22 years of age. However, nothing else was mentioned regarding his absence from television or the #SpeakingOut allegations against him.
It seems Theory will be involved in the NXT North American Title picture.
