Jeff Hardy Fired For Heartbreaking Reason

Jeff Hardy is one of the veteran stars and never fails to entertain the fans. He has had great stints in WWE and it seems his run at the company has come to an end. Fightful recently reported that Hardy has been released by WWE. Sean Ross Sapp sent out a Tweet about the report.

 


 

Jeff Hardy has been reportedly released

Hardy was reportedly sent home from the road and was absent from WWE’s live event on Sunday, December 5, which took place in Corpus Christi, Texas. Fans were concerned about Hardy, who was chased by security at a live show after he abruptly left the ring during the match. Hardy teamed with Drew McIntyre & King Xavier Woods on Saturday at a WWE live event and after making a tag to McIntyre, he left. Hardy was reportedly sluggish as the match went on. He was replaced by Rey Mysterio in the six-man tag team bout against The Bloodline (Roman Reigns & The Usos) on Sunday.

Jeff’s brother and AEW star Matt Hardy recently stated that he spoke with Jeff on Monday and that Jeff was at home and doing okay. Hardy last wrestled on television on the November 26 episode of WWE SmackDown, teaming with Drew McIntyre to defeat Madcap Moss & Happy Corbin.

Jeff Hardy had made his shocking return being part of The Hardy Boyz at WrestleMania 33, winning the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships. Matt left WWE once his contract expired in March 2020. While Jeff re-signed with the company on a two-year deal in September 2020.

Hardy is a former WWE Champion, Intercontinental Champion, and Tag Team Champion. He was recently slated to have a feud with WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns but as it seems, it will be not be taking place anymore. We will see if he reunites with his brother at AEW.
